These terms apply when you use tourmanagerpro.app. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
Tour Manager PRO is a private workspace for tour organisers. You build your tour, invite partners by email, and share a live view with the people bound to that invite. We are not a booking agent and we are not party to any agreement between organisers, venues, agents or sponsors.
Your account
- You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your Google sign-in safe.
- Only invite partners who should be able to see your tour data.
- The information you publish to partners must be accurate.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- Invite people to a tour they aren't authorised to view.
- Scrape, resell or misuse data that partners share with you.
- Use the service to send unsolicited marketing.
- Break any applicable law.
We can suspend or remove accounts that breach these rules.
Content you publish
You keep ownership of the tour data you enter. You give us a licence to host it and display it to the partners you invite, as part of running the service.
Pricing
Tour Manager PRO is free during beta. If we introduce paid plans, we'll give you clear notice before charging and early organisers will keep beta pricing.
No warranty
We do our best to keep the service reliable and the data accurate, but we provide it "as is". Confirm any booking or financial detail directly with the counterparty before relying on it.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Tour Manager PRO isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We can close accounts that misuse the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll flag them here and, where we can, email account holders.
