This page explains how Tour Manager PRO ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you use tourmanagerpro.app. We keep it short because our product is simple.
Who we are
Tour Manager PRO is a private cockpit for tour organisers — track venues, holds and offers, and share a live partner view with the people you invite. Questions? Email hello@tourmanagerpro.app.
What we collect
- Account details — name, email and Google sign-in identifier for organisers and any partners you invite.
- Tour data — tours, dates, venues, contacts, holds, offers, confirmations and notes you enter. Private to you and the partners you invite.
- Invite data — the email addresses you invite as partners, and which tour they're bound to.
- Technical data — basic request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) kept for security and debugging.
What we use it for
- Running your organiser account and letting invited partners see the live view of their tour.
- Enforcing invite-only access — matching a signed-in email to a pending invite.
- Occasional service emails (account, security, product updates you can opt out of).
- Protecting the service from abuse.
Who we share it with
We use trusted infrastructure providers to run the service — hosting, database and authentication. They process data on our behalf and cannot use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data. Your tour data is never shown to other organisers.
Retention
We keep account and tour data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated tours at any time by emailing us — we'll action it within 30 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email hello@tourmanagerpro.app and we'll help.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes
If we update this policy in a meaningful way we'll flag it here and, where we can, email account holders.
